Discovering the excitement of online auctions bidding is simpler than you think! But first, brace yourself for the initial step: registration.
1. Get Registered: Like many online platforms, including eBay and others, registering is a must.
2. Navigate to the Auction: At the top of the website's page, locate and click on "Current Auctions."
3. Select Your Auction: Scroll down to find the online auction that captures your interest and click on "Register to Bid."
4. Complete Registration: After scrolling past the email and password fields (which you'll use later), click on "NEW BIDDER? CLICK HERE." You'll need to provide your credit card information to verify your status as a legitimate bidder. Don't worry; a temporary $1 transaction will be placed on hold for about five days, then it will vanish without charging your card. This step ensures the integrity of the bidding process. Once registration is complete, you won't need to confirm your information again for 180 days. However, if you prefer to pay cash or use a different credit card during item pickup, simply inform us by leaving a "Note to Auctioneer" when registering.
5. Start Bidding: With registration out of the way, you're now free to bid on items that catch your eye.
6. Use Max Bid: To simplify the bidding process, consider setting a "Max Bid." This instructs the system to bid on your behalf against other bidders. It's worth noting that the system will not immediately jump to your maximum bid; rather, it will incrementally bid for you. Should your max bid be surpassed, you'll receive an email notification.
